So Lauren and I decided weeks ago that we were going to start working out to get ready for the summer. Today was the first day we actually started. We used the stationary bikes for 40 minutes and I ended up going 13 miles, or so the bike told me. Afterwards, I couldn't feel my legs, I thought my knees were going to give out, and I was really sweaty, but it was actually quite satisying. I didn't realize that working out could make you feel so good. Not to mention, halfway through my second interval, an attractive boy came and sat at the bike next to me. I didn't say anything because I didn't really see any point in it, but it still made me smile.
Along with working out, I decided today was the day to start actually studying. This semester has been a lot more chill than last semester was. My LC is terrible and I despise 2/3 of the professors in it. They don't know what they're doing, EVER. But Psych is fun, so I started to actually read the chapters.
With everything I started doing today, my schedule went as follows:
8- wake up
9-12 - class
12-1 - lunch
1-2 - chill
2-3 - work out
3-4 shower
4-6 homework
6-730 - dinner at Applebee's
8-10 - The Bachelor/ Homework
10- now - facebook/homework/skype
One major thing missing from this schedule... TV. I usually watch at least 2 hours of it a day, but today, I didn't watch a single minute. This is really really good. :)
Let's just hope it all lasts.
