The difference a day makes

Yesterday was definitely amazing. Here's how it started....

My L.C. classes were supposed to go on a field trip to Jax to some plantation, so I woke up around 10, got ready, and went to meet Staten at the Bistro. We got there and realized that it was closed so we went over to the Auditorium to meet the bus. But when we got there, guess what wasn't there.... yep, the bus. We waited for a while and our art teacher finally decided to call the bus company. Turns out, our bus broke down on the way to get us and it would be another 20 minutes or so. So Staten and I went back to the Bistro and got wraps. It was her birthday, so I payed and then we went back. But our teachers decided it wasn't worth it so we canceled the trip. A group of girls decided to go anyways so Staten and I joined them since our friends were going to be gone anyways. So we went, took pictures, girl-talked, ate at Chickfil-a, got donuts, and headed back.

Once we got back, Staten and I caught up with her friends Mendez and Seem. After a lot of discussion and drama and changing plans they all finally decided that they were going to go to Jax to a Moe's and decide from there what came next. Seem had invited me to go earlier in the week but I wasn't sure if that invite still stood so I went to get my stuff and go, but Mendez and Staten reinvited me so I went.

It was a lot of fun. A bunch of us piled in Law's Suburban and drove. More drama insued, but that's what makes nights interesting. Law wanted to go camping on the beach and get uber wasted, but no one else wanted to go and since it was Staten's birthday, we defended her and finally Law let up and stopped asking. He and his friends went anyway, but we all went back and chilled in Cedar. Less drama occured once he left and we discussed what to do next. Staten had promised Ri that she would go do the usual stuff 18 year olds are legal to do and Ri wouldn't let her forget that promise. Flower and I didn't really want to go so we had a sleepover and watched SNL while they did that. When they got back they decided to have an impromtu road trip to Hilton Head. Since we don't have a van and Law was gone Flowers and I sacrificed ourselves so everyone else could go and have a good time.

We had a sleepover which was a lot of fun. :) And now I'm dead tired, sitting in my pjs at the computer back in my room.

I declare this weekend a success.
